Information We May Process

To facilitate cryptocurrency exchanges, we necessarily process:

  • Wallet addresses - Required to send and receive cryptocurrency
  • Transaction amounts - Required to execute trades
  • Email addresses - Only when you opt-in for notifications or prepaid/gift card delivery
  • IP addresses - Temporarily processed for security and rate limiting

Rewards Program

If you choose to participate in our rewards program by connecting your wallet:

  • We store your wallet address to track points
  • We may store your Twitter handle if you link it for bonus rewards
  • Points and tier data are stored to calculate rewards
  • Participation is entirely optional and does not affect service access

Third-Party Services

We use Trocador as our exchange aggregator. When you make a trade, your transaction data is processed by Trocador and their partner exchanges. Each exchange has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing Trocador's privacy practices at their website.

Data Retention

Transaction records are retained only as long as necessary to complete trades and handle any disputes. We do not maintain long-term databases of user activity beyond what is required for operational purposes.
