Offgrid provides privacy-focused cryptocurrency exchange services, including but not limited to:

• Cryptocurrency swaps between 800+ digital assets
• DeFi bridge services routing through Monero for privacy
• Virtual prepaid card purchases
• Digital gift card purchases
• AnonPay payment link creation

3. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate wallet addresses for transactions
• Send the exact amount of cryptocurrency as quoted
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Not use the Service for illegal activities
• Accept responsibility for your own transactions

4. Transaction Terms

All cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible due to the nature of blockchain technology. Exchange rates are provided in real-time and may fluctuate. The rate you receive is locked at the time you initiate a trade. We are not responsible for losses due to price volatility, network congestion, or user error.

5. Prepaid & Gift Cards

Prepaid and gift card purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the card provider. Some cards may have geographic restrictions or require activation. We are not responsible for issues arising from the card provider's policies. Purchases from restricted countries will void any refund eligibility.

6. No KYC Policy

We do not require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for basic services. However, some third-party exchange providers may have their own KYC requirements for large transactions. Each exchange assigns its own KYC rating (A, B, C, D), which we display so you can pick a provider that matches your privacy preferences.

7. Rewards Program

Participation in our rewards program is optional and requires connecting a wallet. Points earned have no cash value and are redeemable only within our platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Offgrid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to losses from transaction errors, exchange rate fluctuations, network delays, or third-party service failures.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Service for:

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Sanctions evasion
• Fraudulent activities
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. For transaction-related issues, please contact our support team with your Trade ID and relevant details.
